I have been a collegiate and professional basketball coach for 19 years and I have always coached highly motivated athletes. Now I coach highly successful executives who want ‘something more’ and who want “to win the ultimate game” they decide to play in their lives, teams or organizations.
What is the Ultimate Game? It is reducing what ‘blocks’ us and keeps us from accessing our talents, gifts and capabilities and it connects us with our “true” selves to unlock our hidden potential. So we are then free to choose the ways we offer our gifts to the world and how we achieve our most desirable dreams and goals.
